CEACAM5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEACAM5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEACAM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLLU1-AS1, UNCX, and GSTA3. Each is linked with CEACAM5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM5-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLLU1-AS1 grouped by CEACAM5-low versus CEACAM5-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
