CEACAM4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEACAM4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 430 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEACAM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RABAC1, PTPRZ1, and IRF4. Each is linked with CEACAM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM4-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEACAM4 versus RABAC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
