CEACAM4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEACAM4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,209 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEACAM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRPV4, POU2F1, and EEF2K. Each is linked with CEACAM4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM4-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRPV4 grouped by CEACAM4-low versus CEACAM4-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
