CEACAM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEACAM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 606 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEACAM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAPTM4BP2, CCL27, and RPS10P21. Each is linked with CEACAM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM3-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LAPTM4BP2 grouped by CEACAM3-low versus CEACAM3-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
