CEACAM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEACAM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEACAM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCER1, MYF6, and AKAP4. Each is linked with CEACAM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM3-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCER1 grouped by CEACAM3-low versus CEACAM3-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
