CEACAM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEACAM3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 291 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEACAM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF1, ADRM1, and C1GALT1. Each is linked with CEACAM3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM3-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF1 grouped by CEACAM3-low versus CEACAM3-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
