CEACAM21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEACAM21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,234 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEACAM21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COTL1, PIP4K2A, and ARHGEF6. Each is linked with CEACAM21 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM21-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEACAM21 versus COTL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM21→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
