Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEACAM21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,735 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CEACAM21-associated genes across cancer lineages are APLP2, CLEC10A, and SIAE. Each is linked with CEACAM21 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM21-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM21 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEACAM21 versus APLP2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM21→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
