CEACAM21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEACAM21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,364 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEACAM21-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC34, MIR1273C, and RN7SKP1. Each is linked with CEACAM21 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM21-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC34 grouped by CEACAM21-low versus CEACAM21-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM21→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
