CEACAM21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEACAM21 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEACAM21-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, N-Ras, and Chk2_pT68. Each is linked with CEACAM21 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM21-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4G grouped by CEACAM21-low versus CEACAM21-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM21→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
