CEACAM20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEACAM20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,952 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEACAM20-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL478P, RNU6-497P, and CCDC43. Each is linked with CEACAM20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM20-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL478P grouped by CEACAM20-low versus CEACAM20-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM20→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
