Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEACAM20 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CEACAM20-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, PCNA, and S6_pS240_S244. Each is linked with CEACAM20 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM20-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM20 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by CEACAM20-low versus CEACAM20-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM20→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
