CEACAM19

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEACAM19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,380 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEACAM19-associated genes across cancer lineages are S100A8, S100A7, and RANP4. Each is linked with CEACAM19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM19-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM19→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
