CEACAM19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEACAM19 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEACAM19-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, IGFBP2, and JNK2. Each is linked with CEACAM19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM19-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM19→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
