CDYL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDYL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,707 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDYL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBK, RAD23A, and PNP. Each is linked with CDYL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDYL2-to-partner and partner-to-CDYL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PBK grouped by CDYL2-low versus CDYL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDYL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDYL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
