CDYL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDYL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDYL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX26, GAGE12D, and GAGE12C. Each is linked with CDYL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDYL2-to-partner and partner-to-CDYL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX26 grouped by CDYL2-low versus CDYL2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDYL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDYL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
