CDYL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDYL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,845 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDYL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPF1, ATF1, and RPL23AP20. Each is linked with CDYL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDYL-to-partner and partner-to-CDYL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPF1 grouped by CDYL-low versus CDYL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDYL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDYL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
