CDY1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDY1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 110 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDY1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are HEPH, ETV7, and CTSZ. Each is linked with CDY1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDY1B-to-partner and partner-to-CDY1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HEPH grouped by CDY1B-low versus CDY1B-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDY1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDY1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
