Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDY13P RNA is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CDY13P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CDY13P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDY13P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC are the cancer types where CDY13P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
