Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDY12P RNA is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CDY12P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher CDY12P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDY12P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

STAD are the cancer types where CDY12P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
