Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDY11P RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CDY11P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher CDY11P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDY11P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

ACC, STAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where CDY11P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
