Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDY10P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of CDY10P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where CDY10P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types CDY10P is over-expressed in tumor.
PRAD are the cancer types where CDY10P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
