CDY1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDY1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ Tem and NK cells. Each is linked with CDY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDY1-to-partner and partner-to-CDY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ Tem grouped by CDY1-low versus CDY1-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
