CDX2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,119 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC14L2, CYTH4, and EIF3L. Each is linked with CDX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDX2-to-partner and partner-to-CDX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDX2 versus SEC14L2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
