CDX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 992 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR51M1, RNU6-147P, and MIR519A1. Each is linked with CDX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDX2-to-partner and partner-to-CDX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR51M1 grouped by CDX2-low versus CDX2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
