CDX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 109 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NACAP6, RN7SKP98, and RCCD1. Each is linked with CDX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDX1-to-partner and partner-to-CDX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NACAP6 grouped by CDX1-low versus CDX1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
