CDV3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDV3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,396 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDV3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB3P26, NCOA4P1, and ZNF234. Each is linked with CDV3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDV3-to-partner and partner-to-CDV3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGB3P26 grouped by CDV3-low versus CDV3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDV3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDV3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
