CDSN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDSN RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,946 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDSN-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSORS1C1, PSORS1C2, and AHNAK2. Each is linked with CDSN in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDSN-to-partner and partner-to-CDSN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDSN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDSN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
