Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDSN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,160 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDSN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTRES1, IL12A, and SPINK6. Each is linked with CDSN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDSN-to-partner and partner-to-CDSN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDSN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDSN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
