Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDSN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDSN-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, MEK1, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with CDSN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDSN-to-partner and partner-to-CDSN results are reported.
