CDSN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDSN RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,304 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDSN-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT76, SOD2, and CHST8. Each is linked with CDSN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDSN-to-partner and partner-to-CDSN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDSN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDSN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
