CDS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Akt_pS473, TFRC, and C-Raf. Each is linked with CDS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDS1-to-partner and partner-to-CDS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Akt_pS473 grouped by CDS1-low versus CDS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
