CDS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,100 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP7, SPINT1, and CDC42BPG. Each is linked with CDS1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDS1-to-partner and partner-to-CDS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDS1 versus MAP7 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
