CDRT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDRT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDRT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBR1, IL21, and DBIP2. Each is linked with CDRT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDRT4-to-partner and partner-to-CDRT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBR1 grouped by CDRT4-low versus CDRT4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDRT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDRT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
