Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDRT15P9 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CDRT15P9 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher CDRT15P9 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDRT15P9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and DLBC show a favorable association.

LGG, LIHC, and CHOL are the cancer types where CDRT15P9 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
