The most reproducible CDRT15P12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein insertion into membrane, Outer mitochondrial membrane organization, and Establishment of protein localization to mitochondrial membrane. Each is linked with CDRT15P12 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDRT15P12-to-partner and partner-to-CDRT15P12 results are reported.
