Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDRT15P11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CDRT15P11 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher CDRT15P11 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDRT15P11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

DLBC, CHOL, and STAD are the cancer types where CDRT15P11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
