Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDRT15P10 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of CDRT15P10’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where CDRT15P10 RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types CDRT15P10 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as READ show the opposite, repressed pattern.
READ, LUSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where CDRT15P10 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
