Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDRT15P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,077 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDRT15P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA export from nucleus, RNA polymerase II preinitiation complex assembly, and Obsolete ncRNA export from nucleus. Each is linked with CDRT15P1 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDRT15P1-to-partner and partner-to-CDRT15P1 results are reported.
