Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDRT15P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 94 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDRT15P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTATP6P30, TRIM51FP, and ELK1P1. Each is linked with CDRT15P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDRT15P1-to-partner and partner-to-CDRT15P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTATP6P30 grouped by CDRT15P1-low versus CDRT15P1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDRT15P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDRT15P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
