Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDRT15L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 158 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDRT15L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are P450-containing electron transport chain, Regulation of superoxide anion generation, and Positive regulation of superoxide anion generation. Each is linked with CDRT15L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDRT15L2-to-partner and partner-to-CDRT15L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
