CDR2L

Mutation & survival
SurvivalMutationKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDR2L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CDR2L data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher CDR2L Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDR2L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

GBM, UCEC, and CHOL are the cancer types where CDR2L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Mutation survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
