CDR2L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDR2L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,102 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDR2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNAP3, RPL23AP8, and KIR3DL1. Each is linked with CDR2L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDR2L-to-partner and partner-to-CDR2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNAP3 grouped by CDR2L-low versus CDR2L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDR2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDR2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
