CDR2L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDR2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,395 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDR2L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi to secretory granule transport, Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, and Gliogenesis. Each is linked with CDR2L in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDR2L-to-partner and partner-to-CDR2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Golgi to secretory granule transport grouped by CDR2L-low versus CDR2L-high in URINARY_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDR2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDR2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
