CDR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,359 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMG1, PRRC1, and PDXDC1. Each is linked with CDR2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDR2-to-partner and partner-to-CDR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDR2 versus SMG1 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
