CDR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,044 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDR2_S311, PLXDC2, and SPATS2L. Each is linked with CDR2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDR2-to-partner and partner-to-CDR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDR2 versus CDR2_S311 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
