CDR2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,906 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFRSF12A, GAS5, and NTAN1. Each is linked with CDR2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDR2-to-partner and partner-to-CDR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDR2 versus TNFRSF12A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
