CDR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR26, TRIM42, and SCGB3A2. Each is linked with CDR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDR2-to-partner and partner-to-CDR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR26 grouped by CDR2-low versus CDR2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
