Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDON RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,412 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDON-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EMSY, OSBPL3, and CBX1. Each is linked with CDON in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDON-to-partner and partner-to-CDON results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDON versus EMSY in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDON→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDON) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
