CDON

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDON protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,622 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDON-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL1R2, TBCEL, and FCGR3B. Each is linked with CDON in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDON-to-partner and partner-to-CDON results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDON versus IL1R2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDON→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDON) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
